Adjunct Faculty – Global Supply Chain Management

Position Overview

The Department of Information Systems, Analytics and Supply Chain Management at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor of Supply Chain Management for the Spring 2026 semester


This position is to teach the following class:


  • GSC-115 (Introduction to Global Supply Chain Management)

  • Day and Time: M/W 02:50 PM-04:20 PM

Course Description:

This course introduces students to components of global supply chains and issues of managing the global supply chain. It is designed as a survey course to give first- or second-year business students a general view of supply chain management at both domestic and international levels, as well as familiarize them with basic concepts and major challenges of supply chain management. Delivery of course material will include lectures and guest speakers from industry, and in-class logistics mini cases.

Salary is $4,133.31 for a 3 credit course.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The successful candidate should possess a Master’s or advanced degree, and/or equivalent degree/credentials/work experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Prior teaching experience at either the undergraduate or graduate level is a plus.  Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Strong industry experience in relevant fields and/or a MBA or a PhD are a plus.
