Recruiting and Hiring:

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job postings, networking, and sourcing.

Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations during the hiring process.

Onboarding and Training:

Developing and implementing onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the facility and its culture.

Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Ensuring all staff receive necessary training for their roles, including regulatory compliance training.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Implementing and maintaining employee relations policies and procedures.

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, such as labor laws, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination laws.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Staying informed about changes in employment law and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans.

Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Staying informed about changes in compensation and benefits regulations.

Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Addressing performance issues and developing corrective action plans.

Retention:

Monitoring employee turnover and identifying areas for improvement.
