Chief Operations Officer (COO) - (ABQ, Full-time) - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. As a key member of the team, they will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company's operations. Their role will translate the strategic visions into actionable plans, ensure that every department synchronizes to achieve overarching business objectives. They must possess a blend of leadership, managerial prowess, and a keen insight into optimizing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in management, education, social work, counseling, accounting, finance, business OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 4 years’ direct experience in a non-profit agency including budget preparation; minimum of 4 years’ experience in supervision; minimum of 3 years’ managing grants with federal grant management preferred; advance computer competency in MS Office and Windows and bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation/Benefits: Pay range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually, DOE. Catholic Charities provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, and PTO benefits and 50% daycare discount at the Children’s Learning Center (depending on availability).
